When you create an account, place an order, or submit an enquiry on foxnutwallah.com, we collect information you provide directly -- such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, company name and GSTIN (for wholesale/export accounts). We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details -- payments are made directly through your UPI app.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your orders
- To respond to enquiries, RFQs, bulk order and sample requests
- To send order updates via WhatsApp or email
- To improve our products, website and customer experience
- To comply with tax, export and other legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the business -- such as our database/hosting provider (Supabase), payment collection, and courier/logistics partners for delivery -- and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Your account data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls (Row Level Security), meaning only you -- and authorised FoxNutWallah staff -- can access your account information.

We use minimal local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) to remember your cart contents and login session, purely to make the site function correctly.
